Overcoming the Overwhelm With a Brain Dump

I first heard about a brain dump from Marie Forleo.  I wasn't sure if it would really work.  But it really has done wonders for me when I am so overwhelmed with all my responsibilities.  

I use this the most when:
* I can't sleep because of all my racing thoughts.
* I can't focus and sit there trying to figure out what to do first.  
* I have so much on my plate that I don't have time for anything else. (This seems counterintuitive, but I am much more productive when I take 10 minutes to do a brain dump.)

What is a brain dump? It's just that...dumping everything that you are holding in your brain and putting it onto a piece of paper. 

1. Set the timer for 10 minutes
2. Write EVERYTHING that comes to your mind 
3. Pray over your list for guidance
4. Let go of what doesn't need to be there (Watch my latest video for more information on how to do this) 
5. Pick your top 3 for the next 24 hours
